Bus Transfers To and From Thessaloniki Airport

Thessaloniki Airport is located approximately 18.1 miles/13 km southeast of the city, in Thermi.

Bus Route nr. 79 is the Thessaloniki Eastbound Service that operates between ΙΚΕΑ and Thessaloniki Airport.

Bus Tickets to and from Thessaloniki Airport

A single bus fare costs 2€.

Tickets can be purchased by vending machines on the bus. Yet please be aware that the vending machines accept cash only and that the machines do not provide change so you need to play the exact amount.

Students and Senior citizens (from 65 years of age and older) are eligible for a 50% discount. In addition, children aged 6 years old and younger travel free of charge.
